Inactive sessions

Hi Experts,

I found 600 inactive sessions from various schema in one of my production database and killed all inactive sessions but I could still see 600 new inactive sessions with new start timing not old sessions, can anyone advice me why inactive sessions are occurring repeatedly, what could be the cause? what action should I take to prevent the inactive sessions?
