Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Release Hold without allowing other updates

How can I allow an user to Release OM Holds in an order without leaving all the order fields open for update?

I tried adding the function "Sales Orders: Release Holds" to a Sales Order View only menu but it doesn't work.

We want AR to release credit holds but we don't want to allow them to update addresses, POs or anything else onthe order.

Any other ideas? Thank you!
