WMS Sales Order Pick - Bulk Picking or Cluster Picking?

Hello,

I have this problem in a serial controlled organization.

GOAL

I am trying to reduce de warehouse operation with mobile.

PROBLEM

They are picking sales order by bulk picking. The relationship is one sales order, one line, one unit (qty).

They pick all quantities (example::20) for the same product in one task and LOAD to an LPN. 

Then they must generate a Transfer LPN for each unit  (one by one, in total we have 20 LPN).

I want to transfer all quantities in one LPN. I dont know if it is possible.

INFORMATION

The organization is serial controlled. 

The sales order are always for a few products and a lot of sales.
