ASAP fails to start up when a switchover using veritas cs is performed, error message ORA-01001: inv

Hello,
We have installed veritas 6.0 cs as HA solution for our ASAP 7.0.2 implementation, we are experiencing some troubles when a switchover or a failover is  performed, if ASAP is running on application server normally and suddenly a switchover or failover occurs veritas will try to start up the application on failover server, but an error related to an invalid cursor appears and ASAP then will not start on application server neither on failover.

It starts up again only if a cleandata is executed.

Has anybody seen and fixed this error before?
