requisition interface

tried searching for purchasee community but couldnt find

we are using po_requisition_interface_all to upload requisitions that come from another system,

we use the field group_code to group the lines of a requisition, that is a number of the requisition in the other system.

the problem is that if one line fails for any error that line is corrected and has to be put in a new requisition as the interface already created a requisition for the other ones.

is there any way that is one line fails no line of the same requisition creates
