Unable to install Oracle Linux 5 Update 8 in HP Proliant ML 350p G8; Kernel Panic

Has anyone encountered this?

We tried installing Oracle Linux 5 update 8 in HP Proliant ML350p G8 server, After configurations and installation it asks for a reboot.

It cannot load the driver for HP Smart Array P420i Controller, so the system cannot find the volume group.

Hence, it cannot find the system files. Kernel Panic
