Spikes in active sessions

 Hi,
We have four node database cluster (11.2.0.3) as our production and we have noticed 
abnormal spikes (in OEM) in active sesssion in one of the nodes for several days in the same time
period.


The AWR report shows "Streams AQ: qmn coordinator waiting for slave to start
as the top event on that node. The top event of other nodes is 'DB CPU'.

Couldn't find useful information whether there's any relationship between spike on active
sessions and this wait event.

aq_tm_processes is set to 1 on all nodes

Any expert ideas on this?
