Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I have couple of quick queries.

1. How to differentiate an Employee and Contractor in the Employee Master(P0801).

2. What are the important areas which needs to be covered and implemented in JDE HR 9.1 for "Core HR" and "Payroll" for middle east client.
