Contact Integration from Outlook

Hi,

Does anyone know a way that i can integrate contacts from Outlook and duplicates from occuring. I have experimented with PIM Sync but seem to get full duplicates.

The issue i have is that CRMOD needs to become our central contact management system. We have aprox 750 users that currently have their contacts in outlook. Some of those already exist in CRMOD and will overlap between the users. I need to ensure that when they sync they do not create duplicates in CRMOD.

Are there any other applications for free (or reasonably priced) that will allow me to import the contacts. Once in i Can then use PIM sync and use CRMOD as the master to keep all contacts up to date.
