want to work on web base form

Hi all,
 I  want to open oracle ebs web base form in jdeveloper for r11i and R12, but I don't know which j developer version support and what extension
is there for oracle web base forms. I am new and want to work on those forms. Please send me also link which guide me how can I customize new 
web based form and modify the existing one.
