ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 784 bytes (PL/SQL

Hi,

I just did the upgrade of 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 and the database version 11.1.0.7.  we have the below invalids and when i tried to compile those, i am getting this below error.
