Patch 14247259 R 11.5.10.2 compiling package fails

Hi,

Customer is on 11.5.10.2 PA.M  + RUP4.  While applying Patch 14247259 they are getting the following errors:

Compiling package body PROJECT_FOLDER...
Compilation error on package body PROJECT_FOLDER:
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 364, column 27
component 'VALIDATE_PROJECT_DATES' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 364, column 4
Statement ignored
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 519, column 27
component 'VALIDATE_PROJECT_DATES' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 519, column 4
Statement ignored

Compiling package body PROJECT_FOLDER_PKG...
Compilation error on package body PROJECT_FOLDER_PKG:
PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 581, column 7
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'DELETE_PROJECT'
