Highlighting Text in Account Page Layout Details

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question
I want to set up a way to change the color of the 'Account Name' field in the Account Page layout details so that an account can be immediately identified as a particular type of account. The color would be based on a set of criteria (if a box is checked, I would like to see the account name in red). Does anyone have any experience with this? I've been told by Oracle this can't be done, but I have a few cases where the subject line is in a different color, but we're not quite sure why.

Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks.
