Fixed Assets - Transfers

We are using P12115 to transfer assets from one location to another. After completing the appropriate fields and clicking okay, the Location Code field does not reflect the change.  Both the existing entry and the new entry are shown as the current location.  All appropriate users have Add and Change action security for the Asset Master Revision (P1201), Work with Assets (P1204), Location Transfer (P12115) and Work with Locations (P12215) screens. 

We are on Release 9.0.

Any ideas?
