Differences between 11.5.10.2 version and 12.1.3 and Fusion - with respect to Install Base

I am looking for the differences between R11i, R12 and Fusion, with respect to the Oracle Install base module.  What are the saleable points which can be presented to customer, for him to opt for R12 instead of R11.  How close is R12 Install base with Fusion?
