Config a Service Requests view that will display all SR's belonging to the same position
We have a need within the organization to allow individuals within a team to view/access SR's assigned to their team mates. As per current setup, all members of the same team share a position and are part of the same internal division. How can I create a SR view that will limit them to their group only? My first thought is to customize the list applet, adding a searchspec where the user's division would be matched to the Owner Group on the ticket. Thoughts anyone?
