Upgrade from 2.2 to 2.3 user bundle

Hello All,
Have a question here.
IHAC...the ODA has been patched for 2.2. and the user bundle 2.2 has been added but not
deployed.

We now want to upgrade to 2.3.
Do I need to remove the 2.2 user bundle and if so how?
