Oracle is not working.Form is not getting open on some of the system.

Hi,

we have an issue of oracle is not running on some of the system.

May be with newly installed system problem occurs.

configuration is like window 7 and IE9 both 64 and 32 bit OS.

When we enter a login and password first screen populate but when we click on any Menu link to open a main form it is not working .

Java is installed properly.

Looking for some valuable inputs on this.
