Mark org a purchaseable.

The query is related with Oracle Inventory Management. As i got only 3 / 4 options available so i have selected procurement to proceed further.

One item is marked as purchaseable. But the relevant organization is left mark as purchaseable. Once we go to mark it via item master --> org attribute --> click purchaseable;  a message is coming "This attribute is not updateable because it is under status control."

Please help out to mark this org as purchaseable, so we can use item in p/o and enter shipment detail.
