Web ADI "An error has occurred in the script on this page" error

From EBS General Ledger Supervisor, we're trying to run create an ADFI sheet. 

The error seems workstation specific.  The set ups appear to be correct and there are no viruses.  There may be a con flict with another Java program.  ANy thoughts?

I've uploaded a document with the error.
