Error while applying Patch 5383646 on Production

Hi

We applied patch 5383646 .
Adworker 001 failed with the error below
We skipped the worker with adctrl (option 8)
It continued and completed.
We applied path 5383646_E Spanish Version
It completed without errors.

We have noticed that file
@FND:patch/115/import/afcpprog.lct @PO:patch/115/import/US/poprg.ldt
was NOT loaded when the patch was applied (English version)

When we try to load the file @FND:patch/115/import/afcpprog.lct @PO:patch/115/import/US/poprg.ldt
with the same patch command we are getting the same error as the adworker (See error below).

Does anybody could help us with this error.?
