BI Publisher report taking time to resolve the template name at the time of concurrent program subm

 Dear Gurus,
         While Inputting the concurrent program name for BI Publisher reports in E Business Suite,    It is taking too much time to resolve the details of the programs like getting the details of template and Parameters of the report.

  Please help me to find out what causes this to happen.

The recent development in BI Publisher product is we applied a patch which will defaults the output type at the time of creation of template for BI Publisher report.
