How to Set Default Value in A DFF depending on the Line Value

Hi,
In the Shipping Transaction Form , we have a DFF, which contain a Packing Standard field.
User have to Open and fill the Packing Standard manually. The Packing Standard value is set in Mtl_System_Items ..Attribute Column.

Querry : How to automatically fill the DFF value depending on the Item from Mtl_System_Items Tble.

Pls Help......
