Problems with new ODA deployment 2.3.0.0.0

Hi guys.

I faced problem with new installation of ODA.   

Some time ago users has broke ODA. OS is started, but it wasn't avalible on web. Since this ODA is a demo server and there wasn't any sensetive information, we decidet to make bare metal restore according to Oracle Database Appliance Bare Metal Restore Procedure. [ID 1373599.1] . After re-imeging to new version (2.3.0.0.0) we can't make all steps to configure it.
What we did is:
1. OS re-imaging
2. configuring network
3. downloading ODA boundle Patch p13982331_23000_Linux-x86-64 to both nodes and unpacking it with "./oakcli unpack -package"
4. Trying to install it with "./oakcli update -
