Changing Base Language : AD : 12.1.3 : Driver 'u_ChangeBase.drv' fails on Worker tasks hxcupdotl.ldt

Hi there
We are changing our Base Language (from Italian to American English) and have :
   - applied Patch #9001300
   - successfully run the adchgbase.pl script to generate the u_ChangeBase.drv driver

However when applying the driver file it is failing for both hxcupdotl.ldt and hxtupdotl.ldt with the same error :

   Uploading from the data file /oracle/OATM/apps/apps_st/appl/hxt/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/hxtupdotl.ldt
   Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
   Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/oracle/OATM/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afscursp.lct(120.4.12010000.3), /oracle/OATM/apps/apps_st/appl/hxt/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/hxtupdotl.ldt) to staging tables
