Hi there
While running the driver for the 11i to 12.1.1 Upgrade Patch #6678700, a worker has failed with :

   sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/u07/app/oracle/cpeud1/apps/apps_st/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/pyusupprocruleoi.sql
   DECLARE
   *
   ERROR at line 1:
   ORA-20001: FLEX-CONTEXT NOT FOUND: N, VALUE, US Processing Rules, N, DFF, Org Developer DF
   ORA-06512: at line 87

Please tell me how to fix this error so that the upgrade can proceed
