WEB ADI doesnot create excel file (12.1.1)

Hi,
For some of the client PC the Journal Wizard (WEB ADI) (12.1.1) is not working, meaning the excel file does not create at all.(please refer the screen shot).

We have followed all the trouble shooting tips as per documern Web ADI Tips for Troubleshooting [ID 390476.1] , Section 4 Client PC Configuration:
