After applying patch 13418800 cannot see employee at a future date of termination date

After patch # 13418800 is installed I am having issues with terminating an employee

Menu: People/Enter and Maintain
Terminate employee under Others/End Employment

Example: Terminate employee with Actual date of 8-6-2012

Go back and date track to 8-7-2012. Search on employee and get this error: FRM-40212: Invalid value for field NUMBER.

Has anyone else ran into this issue?
