Different Prepayment for different lines of an Order

Can there be prepayment at line level of an order? If yes, can we have 2 diferent prepayment created for 2 different order. Our client have requirement such as, one of the prepayment is received with different method or type while the other for the same order is different. In that we may have to raise 2 different prepayment for each line.

If such scenario is well handled or have a standard functionality, please let us know asap.
