Deferred Cost of Goods Sold to Cost of Goods Sold

All,

We have one issue in OM when we have Sales Order price 0$ its not moving from Deferred Cost of Goods Sold to Cost of Goods Sold.How to handle this.If Sales Order price is there its moving.Please suggest me how to go about this.
