Smartview Error :- “You don't have appropriate permissions to perform this operation.” on MS office

Hi All

I am using smartview 11.1.2.1.103  with Microsoft Office 2010.

Every time I open Microsoft Outlook I am getting following error message :-

 

“You don't have appropriate permissions to perform this operation.”

 

And ask to press “OK”. This error appears twice and after click on "OK" it works fine.

 

If smartview is disabled I am not getting this error message

 

 

Tried following :-

 

1)      Re-install

a) uninstall Smart View,

b) deleted file C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\My Documents\Smart View\Smart View.pst.

c). Deleted everything under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hyperion Solutions\HyperionSmartView,

d) Re-install Smart View.

 

2)      Deleted the mail account in outlook, reboot machine and added the mail account again.
