R11 Taware Upgrade to R12

Hello EBT community,

We are upgrading R11 to R12.1.3 and have taxware installed on R11.    I'm looking for folks who have performed an upgrade and their lessons learned.   We have multiple OUs and use taxware for the United States OU.

We followed the upgrade instructions provided by ADP and taxes are not currently being calculated in the US; no error and no tax.    I've created an Oracle SR and reading reading and more reading.

Some initial questions

1) do you do the ADP upgrade instructions?

2) do you download the latest and greatest Master files from ADP and load?

3) do you perform the Oracle pre-packaged instructions?
