OKS and IB 12.0.0 release content documents.

Hi

Can some one provide me with the release content document for 12.0.0  for Oracle service contracts and Installed base. The other links for 12.1 etc are there only for 12.0.0 I am having issues.
We want to see what are the new features that have been added from 11.5.10.2 to 12.0.0.
I have looked at the document id  404152.1 which seem to contain all that information.,however when I downloaded the documents,unzipped , I am not able to read the documents and having lots of issues.
If some one can attach the documents directly or give me the more appropriate link,that would be really great.
