Record History on OA Framework (HTML) Pages

Hello,

I enabled record history for OA Framework pages but noticed that it does not display the login information that provided the latest update to the record. I also noticed that it does not specify the associated table name with the field (see attached document). I was wondering if this is normal and is the informaiton on the Record History for OA Framework pages limited to this information?
