Content Server Security for Online Content

Hi,

I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has implemented security on an OLM Content Server. Below is a verbiage stating that the content server can be accessed if a person knows the URL to that server. How does one secure the server using the OS or software authentication. Also how does one protect the contents from being downloaded. BTW, the verbiage below is taken from the OLM User Guide page 11-30.

And yes, we have proven that the content server can be access if we but have the correct URL. All the contents of the content server can be accessed. If there is anyone out there that was able to implement security around the content server... any help would be greatly appreciated.
