Siebel Inbound Email - Always delete the source email from the Outlook Inbox?
We have Siebel set up in Production so that Inbound Email Receiver is monitoring an Outlook Inbox to create a Siebel Activity for an incoming email. The process works just fine. However, I'm getting a question from the business users if it's possible to leave the email sitting in the inbox, even after Siebel has processed it and created the Activity.
I've tried playing with some settings on the POP3 driver and on the component, but none of them leave the email message sitting in the inbox. It is always removed as soon as Inbound Communcation Receiver has created the Activity.
