OAB - Self-serive - Display Confirmation that Employee Enrolled in Benefits
We would like to let employee's know they completed their enrollment and display what they enrolled in after they click the finish button. We receive a ton of calls from employee's asking if their enrollment was successfuly, we would like to know how other companies are informing their employees that they completed their enrollment?
I have reviewed the Compensation and Benefits guidle.
Is the Confirmation Statement page customizable?
Does SSHR have a way to automatically send the employee a confirmation once they enable the Finish button?
We are on 11.5.10.2 - OAB.
