Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Would like to start Concurrent Managers in DEBUG mode on Platform: Microsoft Windows (32-bit)

Is there any other way to start CM in DEBUG mode besides following steps mentioned in

document: How To Add, Remove, or Change the Concurrent Managers in Release 11i on Windows (Doc ID 200473.1)
