Closed PO Lines are getting opened when changed the taxes or promise date for open PO line and re-ap

Hi,

I have 10 lines Approved PO.

I closed all 10 lines. Then opened line no 7 and changed the rate/taxes. Opened 8th line and changed promise date and submitted for re-approval.

On Approval it is observed that the lines which were closed were got opened.

Has anyboy have come accross with this issue ? what was the solution applied there on ?
