Issue:

Patch 8791241:(Rel 11i) Does not successfully recompile PO reports.

Adpatch log shows the below.

po reports/US POXCONST.rdf
po reports/US POXPIERR.rdf
po reports/US POXPRIPR.rdf
po reports/US POXPRPOL.rdf
po reports/US POXRQSIN.rdf
po reports/US POXPOCOM.rdf
po reports/US POXRCPPV.rdf
po reports/US POXRQRSR.rdf
po reports/US POXRVOVS.rdf

The worker log files do not show any error why they failed.
