Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi Please let me know the significance of RIB_DELETE_FLAG column in Rk_Hierarchy table of SIM (13.1.2).

In our SIM DB (Rk_Hierarchy table ) for some deptt it is set to 'Y'..So Please let me know its use or importance..
