Excel Output - Automatically expand cells in output

Hi,
I am using an RTF template to generate excel output. It have got about 40columns.

When I try to preview the Excel output from BI Publisher Addin in my local system, it works fine.

But when I try to view output from Applications, by submitting a concurrent request, the excel output is displayed with all the cells shrinked.
I tried adjusting(increasing) the width of each cell on my RTF, but could do this for only a few columns.

Can someone please help me with this asap.
