Primary Ledger versus Reporting Currency

Hello,
I have a Primary Ledger in EUR, a Secondary Ledger in VEF and I would like to have accounting representation in dollars also, the currency is the only difference from Primary Ledger.

I think we can use Reporting Currency but we are in Live for one year, it's possible now?

There are another option to have accounting representation in dollars?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
