Two lines in PO Distributions- PO Summary Form

Hi,

I want to know the meaning of two lines coming on to Distribution form of PO Summary window.

When we find any po from po Summary window, two lines are visible into distribution against one po line.

what is the meaning of two distribution lines?

for reference i am attaching a screen shot also from po summary window.
