Routine AFPEOT cannot initialize concurrent request information

Hi

For Custom program we are getting below error messages in Diagnosics and it's not generating log file.

This request finished with an error and produced the following completion message:
Routine AFPEOT cannot initialize concurrent request information for 86651486. Review the concurrent manager log file for more detailed information.

On veriyfing metalink it says disk space problem but it's happening only for few requests like that not sure if it's related to disk space.
