Concurrent Manger queue prioritization

Hi,

One of my concurrent program 'XXSHIP Pick Ticket' is assigned to two different managers.

1-Concurrent manager 'A' has the specilization rules->include-program type-XXSHIP Pick ticket

2-Concurrent manager 'B' has the specilization rules->include-request type

In the program definition window for the program'XXSHIP Pick Ticket' the request type section the request type has the type defined for manager 'B'.

When more than 100 programs submitted at one time which manager will be processing it?Is there any prioritisation rules defined ?Whether the program will be going to manager 'A' first or to manager 'B'?

Please share your views.
