Addtl Pay Through Days in R12 Payables setup - Payables Options

Hello,

Can anybody help me find where in Oracle 12 Payables setup I can set/modify Additional Pay Through Days? We are upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3, and this field used to be in Setup-> Payables Options-> Payments region, but I can't see it there now. Is this something we missed during the upgrade or was it moved somewhere? I can't find anything in the manuals as well.
