Query does NOT include user who logged in and use JSP pages

Hello,

We're currently using 11.5.10.2.

I'm working to write a sql query that tells me who and when users log into Oracle. I created the sql query below but it seems I have found that it does NOT include users who log in and view ONLY JSP pages and NOT any of the forms.

For example, if I log in and view the Payment Batches form in the AP Super User responsiblity and run the query for a set date range my username appears as I expect it to appear.

If another user has NOT visited any standard Oracle forms recently, logs in, and goes straight to the Incentive Compensation Super User responsibility, which uses only JSP pages, and then I run the same query mentioend above for the same date range, his/her name does NOT appear on my query.
