Good Day,

I made new information changes to Personal Basic Details from my Employee Self Service > Personal Information. I then came back later on the same effective date (02-AUG-2012) and made another change.

The first change went through the respective approvals and completed successfully. The second change however could not go through...I got an Error ORA-20001 The personal record was changed on 02-AUG-2012. Please enter an effective date that is later than 02-AUG-2012.

Is it that two or more changes cannot be done on the same day???
