SRs created through iSupport > how to get Group Owner?
Hi All,
We are implementing iSupport Service Request flow and "Group owner" field is not populated on SR when it is in Tele Service.
We have set up
1 Services Territories
2 Added group resources to Territory
3 Used customer name as matching attribute
4 set profile option Service: Service Request Owner Auto Assignment Level to Group
5 Ran STAR program
What else need to be set up here? Why it is not working?
